Background
The Egyptian customer plans to develop local gold resources 映客直播 needs to build a gold processing plant with a processing capacity of 50 t/h to separate gold from the gold mine. Solutions
Based on the needs of customer, Zhongya Machinery Factory designed a gold flotation production line with the following process:
- Crushing: The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the material into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then add a cone crusher as the second crushing process to obtain the appropriate particle size.
- Grinding: The crushed material enters the ball mill through the vibrating screen 映客直播 is finely ground in the ball mill.
- Separation: Then feed the slurry into the flotation machine, add chemicals, 映客直播 stir thoroughly to select the useful ore powder. Aerated by stirring, so that the mineral particles selectively fixed in the air bubbles; floating to the surface of the slurry is scraped out to form a foam product, the rest of the slurry is retained in the slurry.
